Another recent kitchen project for a lovely customer in Great Sutton. We planned, designed, supplied, and installed a new modern kitchen. From start to finish this is what we did:
Our joiner studded, insulated & boarded the opening into the front room.
The old kitchen, wall tiles & flooring were removed.
The doors leading into the conservatory were removed.
The dividing supporting wall was removed and a calculated RSJ fitted.
1st fix electrics, plumbing & gas all done, with radiator pipes repositioned.
Boarding, bonding & plastering off the entire room & conservatory walls by one of our local plastering teams.
The floor in the conservatory was built up by 50mm so it was level with the kitchen, then the entire area self-levelled by our floor fitters.
The Kitchen, worktops & appliances were installed by our kitchen fitters.
Electrics, plumbing done, including remote controlled coloured LED strip lights.
The kitchen was our Lucente 22mm solid doors in Indigo Blue. Not vinyl wrapped that are prone to peeling, with light grey units instead of boring white ones.
1 of the corner base units had 2 kidney pull out trays fitted inside.
We fitted an 800 3 drawer unit under the 5-ring gas hob, with a nice big cutlery tray and 2 large deep pan drawers.
The worktops were Spectra White Andromeda 22mm square plastic edged laminate worktops with a matching splashback behind the hob & upstand. We made a waterfall end panel on the peninsular bench to make it look like the tops were Quartz.
A black Granite (not plastic) sink & matching black swan neck tap.
Appliances supplied & fitted were, 2 Bosch series 8 pyrolytic single ovens above each other & matching Bosch microwave in a wall unit, a 5 ring Bosch hob with a hidden canopy extractor above, a Hotpoint integrated dishwasher, a Hotpoint integrated fridge freezer & a Hoover 300 wine cooler. We even fitted a black electric plinth heater.
Our floor fitter fitted Honey Oak LVT flooring in a Herringbone effect.
The last jobs were to supply & fit a glazed door leading into the new kitchen, with architraves and skirting & 2 tall anthracite designer radiators.
