New electrics including LED ceiling spotlights & feed to island for LED strip lights & wine cooler.
Plumbing including gas connections & new radiator.
All plaster boarded, bonded & skimmed.
Floor self-levelled.
Malmo LVT supplied & fitted.
Kitchen is a smooth shaker style in paint to order colours of Ivory & duck blue for the island & butler’s pantry, with rose gold handles.
Worktops were Itastone White Ice Quartz with a white Belfast sink & rose gold tap with white ceramic handles.
Appliances were a 900 wide range cooker, matching range master extractor, Hotpoint undercounter fridge, 300 wine cooler & a under wall unit DAB Bluetooth radio.
A Victorian tiled effect alloy splash back behind the hob makes a nice feature.
The 4 curved units on the island & the duck blue colour make it a stunning island.
A 1000 wide oak effect butler’s pantry at the far end provides a lot of storage space and is ideal for a coffee or beer machine to go inside.
A tall white designer radiator supplied & fitted.
Then our very neat, experienced painter & decorator painted the entire area in Farrow & Ball paint.
